About Me

Start With Movement: Circuits, Ecosystems, and Now AI

Careers that last are built in motion. Mine began in labs with signal processing and power-control algorithms, grew in networks and data centers, and matured in rooms where partners decide whether a strategy becomes revenue or remains a slide. Today that motion finds a new engine. AI is no longer distant. It is the execution layer that separates talk from transformation. The through line is simple. Learn fast, build well, and keep moving toward outcomes that compound.

Systems Thinking Across Cultures

I grew up in Morocco, sharpened my craft in Japan, made a formative hop in Sweden as an R&D engineer at Ericsson, and built teams across EMEA from Dubai. Engineering taught me to find order in complexity, while Japan shaped discipline and preparation. In the Nordics I learned a quieter strength. Clarity beats noise, prototypes beat slides, and simplicity earns trust when reliability and security are non-negotiable. That mix of Japanese rigor and Nordic pragmatism made me allergic to waste and devoted to systems that are calm, measurable, and built to last. Telecom rollouts then trained instincts for scale and accountability. The habit remains the same. Set a clear goal, align the right people, and refine the system until outcomes compound.

From Transactions to Stewardship

My work moved beyond quarterly targets to the craft of creating conditions where people, partners, and customers do their best work. Business development is not a sprint for logos; it is choreography that aligns capital, capability, and culture so value compounds. The job is to design markets that last, earn trust through clear commitments, and turn fragmented efforts into motions that scale without losing their soul.

AI fits this mission as both lever and responsibility. Used well, it shortens the path from problem to answer, removes friction for teams, and broadens access for communities. I keep it practical and accountable. Cleaner data, simpler processes, and models that respect privacy. The horizon is wide, and the aim is steady progress that benefits the business and the world around it.

Why AI, and Why Now

I chose AI to sharpen my edge in a competitive market, then saw how it creates practical leverage across roles and industries. The focus here is what works. Generative tools that compress research and drafting. Retrieval that grounds answers in your data. Emerging agentic patterns that plan tasks, call tools, verify outputs, and hand back results you can audit. The discipline stays the same. Clean data, clear objectives, and small, testable moves that survive contact with the real world.

What You Will Find Here

Short, focused notes on how AI meets business strategy; quick reads on emerging tools and platform trends; reflections on leadership and team growth; practical takes on building and aligning partner ecosystems; grounded views on data governance, risk, and responsible AI; and occasional personal stories from Morocco, Japan, Europe, and the Gulf. From time to time I will publish for Japanese-speaking readers, and some pieces will appear in Arabic or French when the topic and audience fit.

An Invitation to Build Together

If you lead a partner ecosystem, run a sales organization, or drive AI adoption inside an enterprise, join the conversation. Share your constraints. Challenge my assumptions. The best ideas I have implemented started as disagreements with smart people who cared about outcomes. I will write from experience, focus on clarity, and keep the dialogue open.
